This scoring system is very basic, and works as follows:

1. Each Regimend has a score between 0 and 100, and starts off at 60. It’s displayed as standard grades, A+ through F.
2. Every day, the scoring system records whether your Regimend was in good standing exactly seven days ago, and based on this, increases or decreases your score.
3. For every full Regimend period, the score can change by ten points. In other words, a daily Regimend can change by ten points every day, while a weekly Regimend can change by about 1.4 points per day (10 points divided by 7 days).



It’s a start, but there’s much room for improvement. So, if this sparks any good ideas, let me know!

How can I specify a particular DAY to begin the regimend?  For example, my bills are due on the 18th.  NOT today.

Regimends is about loose cycles, not specific dates.  So, in the case of a monthly bill, I set the monthly bill period to 30 days, create a reminder on my wall calendar to pay the first bill, thereafter it’ll pop back up on the radar every month.

Yeah, it’s different, with its own unique spin.  At all costs, I must avoid being Google Calendar.

First, to ensure you’re set up to receive these, do the following:

1. Go to your user profile page

2. Make sure the E-mail reminders (weekly) option is set to yes.  If not, change it then click the OK button.

3. Make sure you’re email has been confirmed: beside the Email field, if it says, “To get reminders, verify your email“, go through that confirmation process.

Then, as your Regimends come due, the reminder will help set you straight.

There are tasks that benefit your life, if only you could keep doing them. Do any come to mind?

Here, these are called Regimends, and they’re each given a row below. And, do you see that bold column right down the middle? That’s today.

Each Regimend is set to repeat every certain number of days, called its period. And after every period falls the Regimend’s due date, shown with a grayed-out check mark.

Now, examine the Work out Regimend below and answer this: What is the work out Regimend’s period?

The previous answer is three days.

Since each Regimend represents a real-life activity, you mark the Regimend as done when you do the activity in real-life. This is shown with a green check mark.

So, let’s say you worked out today. Mark that directly on the Regimend now, by clicking within its today cell.

Good!

When you mark your Regimend as done, this pushes back the due date. This puts your Regimend into good standing — for now — and you can see when it’s time to do it all over again.

So, for your final question, answer this: Are there any Regimends due now?
